Refund Policy - the basics
At ACTIVO, we strive to offer a high-quality experience across all our services and merchandise. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for memberships, class packs, spa sessions, and retail items purchased in our shop.
1. Memberships & Class Packs
Single-Day & Weekly Passes

Non-refundable once purchased, even if unused.

Cannot be transferred or extended beyond their validity period.
Monthly & Multi-Month Memberships

Refunds are not provided after activation of any monthly or multi-month membership.

Members may pause or defer their membership only for medical reasons or with prior written notice, subject to ACTIVO’s approval.

Multi-month memberships are non-transferable.
Class Packs (5 or 10 Classes)

Valid only during the period specified at purchase (e.g., 1 month or 3 months).

Class packs are non-refundable, even if partially used.

No extensions granted for expired class packs unless due to documented injury or approved case.
2. Recovery Sessions (Sauna & Ice Bath)

Single sessions and 10-packs for the Reset recovery space are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.

Sessions must be used within their validity period.

Missed appointments will not be refunded, but we allow rescheduling with at least 4 hours’ notice.
3. Clothing & Merchandise
We take pride in the quality of our apparel and merchandise. Please read our return terms carefully:
Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, discounted merchandise, undergarments, and worn or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
4. Digital Purchases & Gift Cards

All gift cards and digital credit purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
